Want to tone your arms? DO THIS 💪

Get excited because this Tuesday, August 1st, I'm opening doors to my 14-Day Pilates x Strength Arms Challenge!!

But before we get into the deets, I need you to answer 3 questions:

1. Have you ever wanted to strengthen your arms but gave up because you were scared of looking bulky?

2. Has your workout routine felt lower body and abs heavy, leaving your arms feeling weaker?

3. Have you been struggling with confidence and consistency?

A few years ago, I found myself skipping arms day because I was scared it would make my arms and shoulders look bulky, PLUS, my attention span was simply over the same old boring bicep curls...

Once I started teaching barre and Pilates workouts, I fell in love with the quick changes in the arms section of class to the beat of the music with higher repetitions and lighter weights.

My arms not only got toned but also felt so strong! Bulk is a myth... Strong is the truth!

And honestly, the "toned look" that came from my arms workouts wasn't the best result from adding in upper body.

Confidence was! I found so much confidence from growing my mental and physical strength.

I've spent a lot of time this past month designing our Pilates x Strength Arms Program in a way that will help you truly see fast strength results. The program is ONLY 7 workouts (+ optional stretching) that will be the same for Week 1 and 2.

By repeating the same workouts, you will see and feel the difference in your strength, because progress is an incredible motivator.

As you move through the challenge, hold yourself accountable by asking:

How do I feel on Day 8 vs. Day 1? Can I add 1-3 lbs of additional weight in these workouts?

Plus, I want to hear your success story!

If you are even remotely interested, then you NEED to be on the lookout for my emails over the next week! I'll send more helpful info + tips <3

xx, Cal

P.S. everyone's fitness goals are different, which is why I pack all my workouts with empowering affirmations to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey. I struggled with hearing fitness instructors assume everyone wanted to lose weight (when I was going through an ED) and saying triggering phrases, without even knowing it. I'm here with you no matter where you are in your fitness journey! <3
